Reservation and Appointment

Situation 1

Patient          : “Hello, is this Dharma Husada Hospital?”

Receptionist : ”Yes Sir, Dharma Husada Hospital here. What could I help you?”

Patient          :  “Great, I feel unwell from yesterday”

Receptionist :  “What could I do for you?”

Patient          :  “I want do the check up, so I will make a room reservation and make an appointment

                            with Dr Handoko ”

Receptionist :  “Sure, when you will go to hospital, Sir?”

Patient          :  “I will go to hospital on Sunday at 08.00 pm”

Receptionist : “But I’m sorry Sir, Dr Handoko couldn’t meet you on Sunday”

Patient          :  “So, when he can meet me?”

Receptionist :  “Dr Handoko could meet you on Saturday”

Patient          :  “Okay, I will go to hospital on Saturday”

Receptionist :  "Sir, your room is number 203"

Patient          :  "Great"

Situation 2

Patient          :  “Hello Dr Handoko, how’s life?”

Dr Handoko :  “I am fine, how about you?”

Patient         :  “I feel unwell Doc, I think I have COVID19 symtom”

Dr Handoko :  “Really? What do you feel?”

Patient         :  “I have fever over 38 degrees, cough, headache, and symptomps like influenza”

Dr Handoko :  “Okay, firstly you must hear a mask and don’t do contact with everyone. Don’t

                            forget to wash your hand everytime”

Patient          :  “So, I’m in isolation from now?”

Dr Handoko :  “Yes, during the lab test you must be here Sir”

Patient          :  “Sure Doc, I will do the medic protocol”
